How many tablets can I take?
Finding the right dosage of BRST for you depends on your individual tolerance to nicotine. A single 2mg Melt offers the same strength as a cigarette.
Can BRST help quit smoking?

I've never used nicotine. Should I try BRST?

To minimize this, try placing BRST further back under your tongue and keeping your tongue still for longer. This will speed the tablet's dissolution and absorption. If the spiciness is bothersome, drinking water can help neutralize it, though it may slightly impact the product's effectiveness.
Should the intensity be too much, you can remove the tablet, dispose of it, and drink water to quickly clear the taste.
Are there side effects?
If you experience any side effects such as indigestion, stomach upset, heartburn, hiccups, or any similar issues while using BRST, we advise discontinuing use and monitoring your symptoms. In the case of persistent or concerning symptoms, consult a healthcare professional.
